There are 22 names of those who died inscribed on the wooden board inside the church. Of these, 14 of the men are also named on the plaque on the church boundary wall erected in 1916, but 8 men are omitted. These are shown in red. Of all the names only 6 men are recorded as living in Bosbury on the 1911 census. Each of these is marked with a blue asterisk.

The plaque on the outside wall of the churchyard gives the names of 60 men who went to fight in the first World War. Only 26 men are recorded as living in Bosbury on the 1911 census. Each of these is marked with a blue asterisk:

The plaque states that the first to die in action was Alan Buchanan on June 18th 1915. However, according to the board inside the church, Ernest Ballard and Arthur John Palmer died before him.
James Fletcher is included but his brother Percy Valentine Fletcher, who served in the Shropshire Light Infantry, is omitted.

There is a CWGC headstone in the graveyard.
