The Puzzler

How to start

The aim is to restore the red and blue discs.  Click or tap on the coloured dot to turn the disc beside it by one-sixth of a circle - the left hand disc turns left, the right hand to the right.  This is a modern puzzle invented by Douglas A. Engel in 1983.

Mix  produces a random puzzle to solve
Reset  sets the puzzle to back to the start position
Hint  shows the next step to solving the puzzle
Solve  solves the puzzle, playing through the whole solution automatically; press it again to pause the solving.
