How to play:  Again your aim is to clear the board leaving just one peg preferably in the centre hole. Reminder that, if you have a choice, the possible jumps are shown by red crosses. Click on the hole marked with a cross where you want to jump to.
History:  No real history. People simply tried out square puzzles and 5x5 was too small to be interesting, 6x6 and 8x8 have no central hole and 7x7 cannot be solved to one peg in the middle, so here we have the 9x9 square!
